I was spotted after turning my attention to this duo. I think I still managed to capture the moment though, and think that it works better than the shots where he is simply looking right.

I struggle with story a lot with my photos, but I feel that this one tells a great story and shows an insight into our modern lives. The phone is a centre-point at her own 21st, Her gown is modest, yet revealing, her face is turned slightly away, drawing you to want to see more. Even the table in the background works to help define her back in the bright highlights.
Overall, very happy with this snap.

For once I didn’t mind getting accosted by the street-walkers that patrol crowded areas. She was nice, friendly, and was trying to sell something that I support. Unfortunately I was only in the market for a petition or one-time donation, and they were only selling subscriptions, so no-sale, but I snapped this picture as she carried on, unphased by a simple denial.
